Following the introduction of the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 and the associated Code of Conduct for Property Factors it is now a requirement for registered property factors to issue you with a Written Statement of Service. The Written Statement of Service sets out how we will deliver services and details out our service commitments to you in a simple and transparent way and is not intended to be a legally binding agreement.
