Jamie joined the Govan Housing Group in January 2024 and is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for both its subsidiary companies – including the Water Row Company.  Jamie has a background in community-led regeneration and social enterprise having most recently led the successful reimagination of services delivered by a housing subsidiary.

Pamela McLevy

Head of Water Row

Pamela originally joined the Govan Housing Group over 6 years ago and is now responsible for the day to day operational management of all departments across the Water Row Company. Pamela has a wealth of experience in housing, money advice and more recently, Factoring.

Allan originally joined the Govan Housing Group and has an exceptional private Factoring service background. Allan is highly experienced in delivering excellent customer service within a Factoring and property management role.

Peter Needham

Property Manager

Peter is our longest serving Factoring team member and has an excellent knowledge of the area and challenges for local home owners. Peter also has an excellent understanding and experience in terms of delivering the Factoring Service.

Cara McFadden

Property Administrator

Cara joined the Association’s Factoring service over 3 years ago as an apprentice and has now integrated into the organisation as a valued member of the overall staff team.

Michael Fraser

Services Team Leader

Michael originally joined the Govan Housing Group over 6 years ago as part of the Money Advice team and is now team leader for the service along with the delivery of our mid-market rent tenancies. Michael has an exceptional background in money and debt related advice provision and more recently, the management of private residential tenancies.

Kevin Gillespie

Money Advisor

Kevin is a well established team member of the Water Row Company’s Money Advice Service and has a strong background in advice delivery including welfare benefits and money & debt advice.

Stephen is our newest member of the Money Advice team following a successful funding application to enhance the service in partnership with Govan HELP. Stephen has a strong background in advice provision and has integrated into the organisation as a valued member of the Water Row Company team and Govan HELP.
