Overview
We are a new subsidiary of Govan Housing Association. Together with the Govan Home Team, we form the Govan Housing Group. We were incorporated as a company limited by shares, have our own Board, and reinvest any profits back into the community via Govan Housing Association.
In response to the growing need for affordable housing, we were created to manage 92 mid-market rental properties aimed at households on modest incomes. This alternative option offers high-quality accommodation at a more affordable price, bridging the gap for those facing challenges accessing social rented housing or buying their own home.
The Water Row Company oversees all commercial and non-core services within the Govan Housing Group, including:
- Mid-market rent
- Factoring and property management
- Commercial leasing
- Residential leasing
- Money advice.
Our entrepreneurial yet community-focused approach enables us to provide tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
